Wateree Property Inspections provides a very thorough and detailed home inspection. The company website is extremely user-friendly, and the communication throughout the process is phenomenal. Steve did an amazing job and got us our inspection report on the same day! The biggest concern on my mind was whether or not I would be able to understand the inspection report. But Steve made it super simple. With everything color-coordinated so I could understand the levels of concern for each item. And even included videos to show how the items in the house functioned. 100% recommend!
